One of the effects that come out of the theory of relativity is that different observers, traveling at different speeds, may take completely different measurements of the same event. However, all the measurements are technically correct. It’s all relative. Similarly small home is a relative term.It depends on the user.

Asokan and his wife came to 3DBricks with an idea of building a 1400 sqft home .We even started with the basic layout.But as the discussion progressed we understood that they really did not need such a big home.We also understood that the monthly EMI for the bigger loan amount would steal them the peacefulness and stress free life  that we promise while staying in a 3DBricks designed home.

Their’s is a single child family with the possibility of parents staying over minimal.After some brainstorming discussions the total area was reduced from 1400 to 990 sqft. Still option was given to construct more room in First Floor if the need may arise.So for the terrace area we choose Flat roof so that no space is wasted.

Pooja Space

The highlight of the Living Room is the pooja space which actually does not look like one.The floral carving gives it an exotic look ,in fact the space behind the closed  white doors is the place of gods and the two pull outs below to store the Oil , Agarbhati,wick for pooja.

Another eye catcher is the larger than life size motif of dandelion .It brings in a feather light feeling in the interiors and fills the room with positivity.

The green ,blue and flower back splash takes forward the continuity in design and makes the space lot more spacious than it actually is.

Both the bedroom has king size bed ,bed side storage ,wardrobe with ventilator to put in dirty clothes ,study space and even a bay window with seating.Now what could you more ask for in a 990 sqft space.All of this is possible because the furniture is custom designed just to fit in.No space goes wasted or unused.All thanks to Home Hues

Here is the colour of  amethyst, lavender and beautyberries. It takes its name from the violet flower.  In the color wheel historically used by painters, it is located between blue and purple. Violet is both a warm and cool colour and hence the perfect choice for Asokan’s Master Bed
